Is Neela a new fabric mill?

We are a part of Sapphire Fibres, a Leading Textile Conglomerate based out of Pakistan. Having a rich history of knowing and working in the Textile Industry for more than three decades, Neela By Sapphire Fibres is our (Sapphire Fibres) latest venture in showcasing our capability in the denim industry. Established in 2016, Neela has served many leading brands and retailers across the USA, UK and EU.

Where is Neela located?

We are located in the outskirts of Lahore On Manga Raiwind Road – 20 Mins Drive from the Ring Road, connecting us to the central locations across the city and highways.

What is the capacity of Neela?

Currently, we are operating at 1.6 million meters capacity with a plan to enhance it up to 2.5 million in the near future

What is the Minimum Order Quantity?

We are flexible in our MOQ requirements with different fabric ranges available as NOOS, or without any MOQ. MOQ varies from 8K to 10K Yards for some special fabrics.

What certifications do you have?

Neela has all major certifications related to product and social compliance. A few of the notables ones are SA 8000 and GOTS. We also comply with the formalities falling under ZDHC and Higg Index.

On the product side, we are OEKO-TEX, OCS, GRS, RCS and Reach Certified. Lastly, our internal Q&A LABs are accredited by Leading Retailers, which speaks volume about our Commitment to Quality & Process Integrity.
